How we did it

We developed Yoso's marketing and brand strategy, positioning them around inflammation care and ritual recovery. We designed their complete rebrand, visual identity, and messaging. We built their website to create an immersive, grounded experience that reflected their "skin to soul" philosophy. We created and executed their social content strategy, producing content that educated, soothed, and invited people into a different kind of wellness, one rooted in presence, not performance.

The Challenge

Yoso Wellness needed to differentiate in a saturated wellness market where most spas positioned themselves as luxury or pampering experiences. Founder Jennalee saw clients chasing surface-level treatments without addressing the root cause of inflammation from stress, trauma, and imbalance. Yoso needed a brand that communicated something deeper: a return to the body, to balance, to presence. Without clear positioning and cohesive identity, they risked being perceived as just another spa rather than a grounded sanctuary for true healing.
